Many colleges - private and state - actively recruit homeschooled students because they have great study habits and are more likely to complete their chosen degree in four years. Many homeschooled students also take dual credit courses at junior colleges, which count for both high school and college credit. For more info on homeschooling, log on to www.SETHSA.org or attend the 23rd Annual Southeast Texas Homeschool Association Conference at Reliant Park on June 5 and 6.
