Why must the Church be rooted in the Word, but not restricted by the walls in which it worships?

WHO ARE OTHERS?
Will anything “fill the hole” except God? How can we communicate this to others?
How did Paul demonstrate obedience to God’s command to spread the Gospel to all the earth?
Why didn’t the leaders in Athens like what Paul had to say to them about their disobedience to God?
Does God need us to complete His work? Nope!
Do we need God to complete His work? Yes!
Are you breathing? Yes? Then you have an obligation to complete His work!
Did any of the leaders of Athens believe Paul’s words about Jesus?

QUESTIONS / ISSUES DISCUSSED:

Why must the Church be rooted in the Word, but not restricted by the walls in which it worships?

WHO ARE OTHERS?
Dr. Robert Smith reminds us of the Watts Riots in Los Angelas, California, in 1965, which resulted in millions of dollars in destruction. More importantly, though, was Martin Luther King, Jr’s visit to the neighborhood. Why was his visit so notable?

What’s the difference between a porch and patio? This is amazing! Listen as Dr. Smith passionately explains why he loves a good “Porch Ministry”.

How did Paul demonstrate obedience to God’s command to spread the Gospel to all the earth?

Will anything “fill the hole” except God? How can we communicate this to others?

Everyone knows who Helen Keller was. What did she say about the importance of experiencing things? Is experiencing God so much better than anything else? Dr. Smith compares the game Monopoly to our limited time on earth.

WHO ARE WE?
Dr. Smith reads a poem by Dietrich Bonhoeffer,  who was hung for his fight against Hitler. When you have lost everything, who are you? When your children have turned their back on you, who are you? Dr. Smith reminds us that our identity is in Christ and we belong to him! (Exodus 3)
