Title: Will The Tsunami Of Mexican Trucks Heading For Your Highway Be Properly Safety Inspected And Driven By a Competent Driver?
Topic: Mexican Trucks Set to Invade America
Discussed by Rob Sachs
with Rob Sachs (www.PhiladelphiaNursingHomeLawyer.com)

U.S. Department of Transportation approves trucks from Mexico to begin roaming ALL the highways and byways throughout America. Trucks from Mexico were ONLY allowed to travel to a limited area within the U.S. hugging the Mexican-U.S. border called ‘trade zones’.

Contraband is pouring into the U.S. hidden inside the cargo on big rigs, not to mention human smuggling. There will not be enough inspectors to inspect every big rig. Will the tsunami of big rigs place you and your family in danger?

What about the drivers? Where are they from? What is their driving record? Will they be able to speak and understand English?

Part 1 of 2

Rob Sachs encourages all who travel to Mom or Dad's, Gamma or Grandpa’s, to be on the lookout for signs that maybe they cannot take care of themselves anymore. What next? What are some of the signs that maybe the nursing home or extended care facility is NOT the one for your loved one?

Nearly 10,000 Americans are turning 65 every day now. As we live longer, will we need to consider a nursing home or extended care facility someday? Please confront this decision well in advance. Often after a medical emergency, a quick decision can be the wrong decision.

Title: Part 2 of 2
Topic: Elder Abuse
Discussed by Rob Sachs
with Rob Sachs (www.PhiladelphiaNursingHomeLawyer.com)

Someday will you need to choose a nursing home or extended care facility? What should you look for? No one wants to be a victim of elder abuse, which is occurring too often in America.

If you have a loved one in a nursing home or extended care facility, what is the most important thing you can do to insure their best care? Rob Sachs suggests to visit – visit – visit and to be irregular. If you visit every Sunday around 2 pm, your loved one will always be dressed, and waiting for you. But if you visit during the week in the morning, or afternoon, or early evening, the staff will not know when you might come, and will keep an extra eye on your loved one.

Most nursing homes and assisted living facilities provide a safe and supportive environment. Your eyes and ears are the best defense against nursing home abuse. It is a sad reality that incidents of abuse and neglect in nursing homes continue to rise. More than 30 percent of seniors living in nursing homes or assisted living facilities have reported abuse. But only 20 percent of abuse incidents reported. More information can be found at www.PhiladelphiaNursingHomeLawyer.com.

Segment 2 of 2

Statistics show that more that 50 percent of America’s nursing homes and assisted living facilities are currently understaffed. Investors now use these facilities as money making machines. Cutting labor costs, expending little to properly train, and having too few staff members often leads to abuse, neglect, unnecessary falls, and other injuries. How can you protect your loved ones? More information can be found at www.PhiladelphiaNursingHomeLawyer.com.
