Title: Kids cannot forward inappropriate photos using cell phones or computers. Lives can be ruined. Have a talk with your kids.
Topic: Sexting

“The common joke with teens is that they’re all developing
oversized thumbs from all the texting they do on their cell phones,” says
Jacquie Ream, a former educator and author of YNK – Your Never Know. Technology
has moved faster than parents ability to keep up with it. Today, most kids have
cell phones and either their own computer or unhindered access to one. Teens and tweens need rules, guidance, and monitoring when it comes to cell phones and
internet access. Have you had ‘the talk’ with your kids?

Segment 2 of 2
It’s like one minute, they didn’t have cell phones, and the
next minute, they all have them. Problem: teens and tweens are more
technological savvy than their parents. Trouble lurks, as the bible says,
the devil roams like a lion seeking whom he can devour. It is too easy to
take inappropriate pictures or videos of themselves and forward them to a
‘trusted’ friend who can’t wait to forward it to the entire world. Or,
predators lure our children into compromising positions, on line, and too
often, to meet and abuse them. Learn to protect your kids and grandkids.
Listen and pass the links to your friends.
